• You must provide accurate registration info.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

 

3. Payments

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually.

• Payment is handled via secure third-party providers.

• Late payments may result in account suspension.

 

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse or reverse-engineer the platform

• Upload harmful or illegal content

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

5. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and materials are owned by Elevated Software Ltd. You retain ownership of your clinic’s data.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Liability

We provide the service "as is" and are not liable for indirect losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 3 months.
